I wanted to say many thanks for your expertise and professionalism shown on our panel installation. I am very happy with the result and only wish the panel was more visible as it is a nice looking piece of engineering.
I hope to have 1st fix completed within the next 2 weeks, so then it will be onto boarding and plastering, so i will be back in touch when we are in a position to connect up the pump and tank.'

A brief note to confirm the solar system performance since 4/12/07.
Everything is running fine no leaks, pressure still bang on 2. The pump has run for 38 hours until the end of December.
Obviously, I am not always here but on the odd decent day I noted it had raised the temperature of the water in the tank (TST) from 12 degrees up to 28 degrees. It is making a significant contribution to how hard our boiler has to work to bring water to a usable temperature and we have cut the time our boiler is on.
All in all very pleased with the system. Looking forward to monitoring progress through next few months.

The estimate was quickly given, with clear explanations as to what was required for my situation. The work was carried out in a professional and competent manner, leaving the place clean and tidy. Instruction as to how to make best use of system were given, including figures of heat given off etc. The cost compared to other suppliers seemed to be reasonable and clearly itemised on final invoice. I would recommend use of this firm to anyone who is thinking of having a Solar system fitted.'

'Many thanks for the work undertaken, we’re really pleased with it. Even just this morning, we’ve seen a collector rise from 14 to 50 degrees (and it’s not that sunny/warm) and currently we have a full tank at 46 degrees.
I’m definitely going to do some additional lagging on the pipes and the tank, as we are definitely losing heat within the tank to these (approx 5 degree drop in the tank last night)'

'JWSolar solutions installed a double panelled system on our property at the end of August this year. The installation was carried out quickly and efficiciently with the minimum of fuss. Since then, despite, not altogether brilliant weather the system has operated for 136 hours (ie. averaging just over 5 hours a day). It has provided us with 90% of our hot water needs over this last period.'

'Well the panels have been up and running for two weeks now and to say that we are impressed would be an understatement to say the least. We have had a few days with very little sunshine (that’s about right for time of year) but only once in that time have we had to put boiler on and then it was only for 20 mins. We have two baths most nights and one the others (I’m the clean one by the way)I put the space blanket over the tank and have been keeping a check on the tempdrop overnight and this has been only between 1-2 degrees. The other thing that we have noticed is that although the sun does not get onto the tubes until about 10.30am the temp is up and pump has been running by 9.00am all in all so far more than pleased. Still driving Maureen mad by checking the temp every time I go in the kitchen.'

'Think very long & hard before you move on solar & talk to people who know what they are up to. If solar is being installed as part of some system then it would pay you to get the specification checked by a qualified & knowledgeable installer. If we had contacted Justin in the first place it would have saved us on costs & further disruption. I can recommend him without hesitation.'
